Suhas Gopinath (born November 4, 1986 in Bangalore) is an Indian entrepreneur. He is the founder, CEO and Chairman of Global INC., an IT multinational company. He took charge as CEO at the age of 17, three years after founding the company, and at the time, was named world's youngest CEO. Gopinath is recipient of the Rajyotsava award, Young Achiever and Young Global Leader award. Gopinath was born in Bangalore in the Indian state of Karnataka to his father, a defense scientist and mother, a housewife.
Ronen Chatterjee of Class 12-S is arguably India’s youngest published author of English fiction. On his
15th birthday on August 7th, 2007 he released his first book “Fire Within”, a collection of tennis stories
encompassing three generations of a family. The second part consisted of a human trafficking story and
one on smuggling and animal poaching.
Ronen’s second literary offering, ”Ready to Rock” was released on October 23rd, 2009 by internationally
acclaimed film and TV star Kabir Bedi at the Ambassador Hotel, New Delhi. Also present on the
Priyanshi Somani (born 16 November 1998) is a mental calculator. She was the youngest participant of the Mental Calculation World Cup 2010 and won the overall title. She is the only participant who has done 100% accuracy in Addition, Multiplication, Square Root till date in all five Mental Calculation World Cups. Somani is the winner of "Pogo Amazing Kids Awards 2010" in genius category. Her name is also added in the Limca Book of World Records as well as the Guinness Book of World Records.
The first-ever policy for India's capital goods sector will be placed before the Cabinet for approval by November-end, a government official said today.
"We will take it (the policy for the capital goods sector) to the Cabinet by November-end," Secretary in the Heavy Industries Ministry, Rajan Katoch said at a press conference here.
The Ministry had set up a task force to make a road map for the country's capital goods sector and sought suggestions on a draft paper to frame a policy on the industry.
